Therapeutic Effect Observation Of Method Of Clearing Heat And Removing Dampness And Resolving Phlegm On Children’s Damp-heat Asthma

Objective: This research took the children with damp-heat asthma as the researchobjects,to evaluate clinical curative effect of the method of clearing heat and removingdampness and resolving phlegm in treating children’s damp-heat asthma.Methods: In this study, patients were all from the First Affiliated Hospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,30cases in trail group and30casesin control group. The trail group were treated both the method of clearing heat andremoving dampness and resolving phlegm and method of nebulisation, the control groupwas only by nebulisation of terbutaline sulphate solution and inhalation of budesonide. andto observe these two groups of symptoms and signs of improvement.Result: The total score of the trail group is better than the control group aftertreatment, and the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05); TCM symptoms curativeeffect comparison, observation group in appetite, stool, tongue, tongue coating integralimprovement were better than that in control group, difference has statistical significance(P <0.05). The total effective rate of trail group and the control group is93.75%and85.71%, and the results of the two groups have differences.Conclusion: Method of clearing heat and removing dampness and resolving phlegmhas significant treatment effect.
