Objective: The observation of the impact what the TIA history and Chinese medicineintervention on the new cerebral infarction.Method: Collect three groups of cases: Group A is55cases new cerebral infarctionwho had no history of TIA; Group B is43cases new cerebral infarction who had thehistory of TIA in ipsilateral brain for7days before infarction; Group C is27cases TIApatients, who had treated with Hua zhuo xing xue soup and progress for cerebral infarctionin7days. Matched25pairs adopted the method of matching, according to responsibleblood vessels are the same, same gender, and age, comorbidity are similar. Calculated andstatisticed the infarction volumes of all the patients for3~7d after cerebral infarction,NIHSS score and stroke disease syndrome score of all the cases in the7day after theinfarction.Result: Volume of infarction of group B compared with group A is small, and theNIHSS score and stroke disease syndrome score are also less than group A. Compared twogroups had significant difference (P﹤0.05). At the same time, volume of infarction andclinical scores of group C compared with group B are also small. Compared two groupshad significant difference (P﹤0.05).Conclusion: Confirmed the ischemia tolerance(IT) is existed after TIA. And clearedthe positive influence for IT after TIA, the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptionbalances of Yin and Yang, qi and blood.
