Objective: Discussion between four different pulse and constitution someregularity and wavelet analysis method in four different pulse application feasibility.Methods:1.Select400healthy university students in Nanchang UniversitySchool of software, survey methods are classified according to the standard type ofconstitution, physical characteristics, the survey of the common performance,psychological characteristics, the incidence of inclination and ability to adapt to theexternal environment to ask, in the inquiry process to understand the pulse andrecord.2. Through literature, find out the normal pulse, rapid pulse, slippery pulse, tautpulse of four kinds of typical pulse graph; using MatLab tools, default threshold noiseelimination method to eliminate noise on the original pulse graph, and the4layerwavelet decomposition of the image using the ’DB4’ function.Results:1. Men and women in the composition of the various physical conditionsare different (P<0.05);2.Four kinds of pulse condition under the Constitution aredifferentiated (P<0.05);3.Normal pulse is more common in flat and quality;4.Rapidpulse is more common in the heat and Yin deficiency;5.Slippery pulse is morecommon in phlegm dampness and heat;6.Taut Pulse is more common in Yindeficiency, heat and stagnation constitution;7.According to the signal and detailsignal graphics approximate wavelet decomposition method, in the analysis of pulsegraph, wavelet analysis method is effective.Conclusions: Through the investigation and study, there are some rules betweenpulse and physique, and that four different pulse (pulse, rapid pulse, slippery pulseoften, wiry pulse) corresponding to the type of constitution; it is not only the newbreakthrough of pulse modern objective research field, but also according to theprognosis of pulse graph with diagnostic resolution type and disease don’t physiquedisease and syndrome types, providing theoretical basis. According to the differentscale image using wavelet analysis method for decomposition of four kinds of pulsegraph and the visible, wavelet analysis is effective method for treatment of pulse graph, the key feature vector contributes to the later extraction of pulse graph,database.
