| Objective:To study Zao-shuai-fang dectotion’mechanism and advantages in the treatment of premature ovarian failure through the observation of symptoms,experimental index and efficacy and comparison with control groupMethod:Objects who received treatment in hospital gynecology clinic from April2012to February2013meet both the differentiation standard of yin deficiency of liver and kidney and diagnostic criteria of premature ovarian failure.60patients with premature ovarin failure were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Zao-shuai-fang dectotion one prescription a day, oral twice after water decoctiong, the control group with HRT. Examined and compared the clinical efficacy, Kupperman Menopause Index score, and the change in E2, FSH, LH blood serum levels., to evaluate efficacy and safety.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was86.67%and76.67%。Kupperman Menopause Index scores of two group had decreased after treatment, the difference was significant(p<0.05), and the scores between two groups showed no statistically significant difference(p>0.05). Before and after treatment compared two groups of E2,FSH,LH are improved significantly(p<0.05). Compared with the control group, treatment group in improving the serum E2, FSH, LH more advantage(p<0.05). Compared clinical symptoms in patients with premature ovarian failure, both test groups significantly improved the patients reheat sweating, upset irritability as well as symptoms of vaginal dryness(p<0.05), the treatment group showed a statistically significant difference for reheat sweating(p<0.05), while the symptoms of upset irritability, vaginal, melancholy and insomnia between two groups showed no statistically significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:Side by the method of Zao-shuai-fang dectotion on POF caused by yin deficiency of liver and kidney, can significantly improve patient reheat and sweating, irritability, vaginal dryness, insomnia, heart palpitations and a series of symptoms in perimenopausal period, while patients with endocrine levels can improve, so that patients serum FSH, LH decreased, E2levels increased. The total effective treatment of Zao-shuai-fang dectotion on POF caused by in deficiency of liver and kidney was86.67%. Thus, we believe that the Zao-shuai-fang dectotion on POF caused by in deficiency of liver and kidney have the exact effectiveness. |
