The Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Huangan Recipe In Treating Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To verify the Jianpi Huangan Recipe in treating syndrome of liver deression and spleen deficiency of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome.Method In accordance with the principles of the randomized and controlled,60patients who are meeting the standards of this study were divided into the treatment group and the control group. There are30patients in each group. Patients in the treatment group is taken by Jianpi Huangan soup orally with the frequency of2times a day and100ml every time.Patients in the control group is taken by Trimebutine Maleate Tablets with the frequency of3times a day and O.lg every time. Both groups were continuously observed for four weeks. During this period, patients in both groups could not take other drugs to treat this disease. To observe the clinical symptoms, physical and safety indicators detection of before and after treatment in both groups, and then comparing the analysis of these two groups.Results (1)Total effective rate of the control group is93.33%, total effective rate of the treatment group is66.67%. The curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group, and there is significant differences (p<0.05).(2) The symptoms of patients which in the treatmen group in both stool consistency and stool frequency is better than the control group,and there is significant differences(p<0.01).(3)After one week, to observe the symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group, and compared with before treatment, two groups had no statistical difference(p>0.05),and there was no statistical difference between two groups (p>0.05); After two weeks, to observe the symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group compared with before treatment, there were statistical differences (p<0.05), the control group compared with before treatment, there was no statistical difference (p>0.05), and there were statistical differences between two groups (p<0.05); After three weeks, to observe the symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group,compared with the symptom scores before treatment,there were obviously improved (p<0.01),and there were statistical differences between two groups (p<0.05); After four weeks, to observe the symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group.compared with the symptom scores before treatment,there were obviously improved (p<0.01),and there were statistical differences between two groups (p<0.05)Conclusion1.The effect is significant of Jianpi Huangan Recipe in treating syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome.2. Jianpi Huangan Recipe can take effect faster than Trimebutine Maleate Tablets in treating syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome. 3.To improve the overall symptoms, Jianpi Huangan Recipe is better than Trimebutine Maleate Tablets in treating syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome.4. To improve the stool consistency and frequency, Jianpi Huangan Recipe is better than Trimebutine Maleate Tablets in treating syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
