Purpose: Explore and clinical research Kirschner limited internal ifxation with closedreduction and splint ifxation in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures contrast toidentify a reliable and easy-therapy efifcacy.Method: Randomly assigned to single-blind method, is divided into the treatment groupand the control group, the sample size for each group of25patients, two groups of50patients,in accordance with the shedding of cases does not exceed10%of the total number of caseswere observed in40cases, the treatment group and the control group of20cases. Thetreatment group were treated with closed reduction closed reduction and splint externalifxation treatment Pique-pin internal ifxation treatment control group. The average healingtime were observed fracture rate of infection, malunion, excellent rate of fracture healingeiffcacy compared the two groups for statistical processing.Result: Follow-up of3-6months, the use of assessment standards developed in clinicalstudies, via the statistical software processing, the use of Kirschner wire ifxation for thetreatment group, and infection in1case, malunion number of cases to0cases, the ifnaltreatment excellent rate90%; splints control group, no infection, malunion number of cases, for example three cases, the ifnal treatment of the ifne was85%. STATS visible through thedata in Table6,the treatment group and the control group, there was no signiifcant differencein healing time. Visible through the table statistics, malunion rate of the treatment group, while the control group malunion rate was15.00%; percutaneous Kirschner wire ifxationgroup, statistical tests of efficacy score good rate of90%splints excellent group was85%, theifnal treatment efifcacy of the two treatment methods approximate. Studies have shown thatthe Kirschner wire ifxation group in the course of treatment for a fracture malunionsigniifcant advantages, but the possibility of infection. Statistical methods: count data usingthe chi-square test and rank sum test, measurement data using the rank sum test. Conclusion: The statistics show that, for unstable distal radius fractures, under a varietyof factors to consider, including the operation is relatively simple, and the suffering ofpatients is relatively small and less expensive, the most important thing is relatively good recovery, I think that the closed reduction grams steinmann pin ifxation is a better choice. Theclinical research data show that for the treatment of distal radius unstable fracture, closedpinning ifxed and small splint two ifxed methods plaster treatment of this fracture excellentifnal was similar, but consider using Kirschner wire ifxation reduced fracture malunion rate,so Kirschner combination of cast immobilization treatment, should be a priority.
