Purpose: This research plans through the clinical observation of nourishingkidney and invigorating lung decoction on interstitial lung disease (ILD)—lungyin deficiency of pulmonary vessels impeded syndrome，clinical symptoms,physical and chemical detection index improvement, to summarize and verify theoptimized treatment clinical prescription in TCM with interstitial lung disease.Methods: in the treatment of interstitial lung disease (lung and kidney，lungcollaterals sluggish card) to observe the clinical cases, all72patients with clinicalscreening conditions, the test group method of random grouping. Divided into thetreatment group (nourishing lung and Kidney Decoction group), control group(prednisone), the observation of patients were36cases. Changes to improve,through the observation of two cases of symptoms and signs，lung CT，therapeuticeffect analysis of two cases. To observe the relevant indexes of strict test in thetreatment process, reliability, ensure accurate test data authenticity, clarity.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was83.33%; the controlgroup the total effective rate was63.89%，statistically, there was significantdifference compared with the treatment group and the control group (P’0.05)，theeffect of the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion: has a Decoction of nourishing lung and kidney in treatment ofinterstitial lung disease (lung and kidney，lung collaterals sluggish card) goodclinical effect. Provide clinical basis, objective for the treatment of interstitiallung disease.
