| Objective:To the clinical significance of changes of serum CA125ã€CA19-9ã€AFP and CEA levels in patients with liver cirrhosis.Mdthods:120cases of patients had been diagnosed as liver cirrhosis by clinicalã€biochemistryã€CT or MRI were selected between January2010and September2012inour hospital as experimental group and divided into groups according to Child-Pughclassification and the levels of ALTã€DBiL and TBA.50normal persons from ourhospital for physical examination were selected between January2010and June2010ascontrol group. The levels of serum CA125,CA19-9, AFP and CEA were measured bycobas E411ã€E601full-automatic immunochemiluminescence. The relationship betweenthe four tumor markers and Child-Pugh classification and with ascites and ALTã€DBiLã€TBA was analyzed with software SPSS (version17.0).Results:1ã€The comparison of the levels of serum CA125ã€CA19-9ã€AFP and CEAbetween cirrhosis patients group and healthy control group: The levels of serumCA125,CA19-9and AFP of cirrhosis patients were significantly higher than that ofnormal persons (P<0.01or0.05), the levels of serum CEA rose in several patients withliver cirrhosis, but had no significant difference compared with normal persons (P>0.05)ï¼›2ã€The comparison of the levels of serum CA125ã€CA19-9〠AFP and CEA indifferent Child-Pugh classificantion: the levels of serum CA125ã€CA19-9ã€AFP weresignificantly rose in patients of Child C with liver cirrhosis in different Child-Pugh classificantion, the difference had statistics value(P<0.05), the levels of serum CEA inChild-Pugh classificantion had no statistics value(P>0.05).3ã€The comparison of the levels of serum CA125ã€CA19-9〠AFP and CEA incirrhosis patients with ascites or not: the levels of serum CA125in patients withascites were significantly higher than that of patients without ascite(sP<0.01)the levelsof serum CA19-9ã€AFP and CEA had no significant difference in the patients withascites and without ascites(P>0.05).4ã€The comparison of the levels of serum CA125ã€CA19-9〠AFP and CEA incirrhosis patients with the liver biochemical indicators rose or not: the patients withALTã€DBiLã€TBA levels rose, whose levels of serum CA125ã€CA19-9and AFP weresignificantly higher than that of normal levels of ALTã€DBiL and TBA,the differencehad statistics value(P<0.05).Conclusion:1ã€The levels of serum CA125in patients with cirrhosis associated with the hepaticfunction damage degree and the presence of asctiesï¼›2ã€The levels of serum CA19-9and AFP in patients with hepatic cirrhosis ishelpful for assessing of the severity of diseases. |
