Complete RR interval not only reflect the situation of the heart variation, but also predict and diagnose some common cardiovascular diseases. In actual ECG measurement, there always exists a sudden change or deformity, which leads to signal error. Therefore, it’s of great significance to simulate the incomplete RR interval data and make a calculation and analysis. As a new interpolation method, logistic chaotic series is put forward on the missing data of RR interval in the paper, which is compared and analyzed with several conventional interpolations. The incomplete data were obtained by removing some randomly selected data from the original data, which obtain RR interval series of the old and the young groups with13healthy individuals. And the randomly removed data were considered as a section that need to be interpolated, using several interpolation methods (linear, spline, logistic chaotic series and Bootstrap). Then calculate five indicators of the interpolation sequence and the original sequence, which including MEAN, SDANN, RMSSD, Ap En and Samp En.Though four different interpolation methods,The results of the same age group of missing rate of20%were simulated and show that:According to the Ap En and Samp En,there is no obvious difference between the simulations (the logistic chaotic sequence and Bootstrap method)and original sequence(p>0.4), While the linear and spline interpolation have great difference (p <<0.05). In different missing rates, comparison charts of other indicators of p value of t test can be drew using the similar method. After comprehensive analysis, We have the conclusion:chaotic sequence and Bootstrap simulation method of interpolation are better than others.
