The Research On Nursing Teachers’ Teaching Ability Development In College

The development of nursing teachers’ teaching ability has the important practical significance both for the implementation of curriculum reform and the improvement of the teaching quality. In view of the idea and method of USA curriculum reform, this paper puts forward the general and special structure of nursing teachers’ teaching ability. And then,we work out the questionnaire of nursing teachers’ teaching ability in college for the sake of getting the basic information of teaching ability and investigating nursing teachers’ teaching ability in Hubei, Jiangxi, Tianjin and so on. The paper analyzes the problems and the influencing factors of the development of teaching ability. The last is development action,and puts forward to promote teaching ability development strategies from college and teachers, combined with curriculum reform and investigation of the actual situation.
