| Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of three-dimensional CT reconstruction and interal fixation in orbital fractures.Method:We selectsd62patients with orbital fracture, who were diagnosed by CT in the Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital between June,2008and October,2011.All patients underwent cross-section coronal CT scans and three-dimensional CT reconstruction For accurate diagnosis and guide surgical reconstruction.Examine enophthalmos, dipolopia and the eye movement before surgery. Routine preoperative examinations were no obvious contraindication for surgery, Optimized the surgical approach under the guidance of the CT reconstruction images, and corrected the displacement of orbital soft tissue, treated orbital fractures with interal fixation.Postoperative indicators of eyeball movement, enophthalmos, dipolopia were compared with the preoperative indicators. Results:all this62patients were well healed postoperative incisions, and there was no report of infection, implantextrusion and displacement.For27of the total61patients who have enophthalmos, accounting for44.26%,reported satisfactory enophthalmos correction,And review to one year after surgical, there were no changes,and34cases,accounting for55.74%,with unsatisfactory correction6month after operation, There was statistically significant between pre-and post-operation (P<0.05)。For17of the total50patients who have dipolopia, accounting were for33.93%, were satisfactory correction1month after operation, there were anther24patients were reported diplopia eliminating6month after operation, accounting for48.21%.9case accounting for18.00%,with unsatisfactory correction, there was statistically significant between any two of preoperation, one month and six month after operation (P<0.05).50cases,accounting for86.21%,showed normal eye movement,8cases,accounting for13.79%,with unsatisfactory correction;50casea, accounting for86.21%,showed normal eye movement,8cases, accounting for13.79%,with unsatisfactory correction, there was statistically significant between any two of preoperation, one month and six month after operation (P<0.05);53of the 62patients Satisfied and with the surgical results, account for85.48%, and other9cases were basically satisfied, conclusionaccount for14.52%.Conclusion:1Reconstruction of three-dimensional CT played an important role in diagnosis of orbital fracture and the choice of surgical approach.2Titanic Micro-plates can basically meet the requirements of repair and reconstruction of orbital fracture.3Three-dimensional reconstruction and interalfixation with Titanic Micro-plates can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and surgical of orbital fracture. |
