The Clinical Research On Children’s Allergic Rhinitis By Jianpitongqiao Decoction

Purpose:By contrast with Mometasone Furonte Aqueous nasal spray, we can draw a conclusion to evaluate curative effective and safety of Jianpingtongqiao decoction in treatment of children allergic rhinitis.Methods:Choose64Allergic rhinitis children and divide them into two groups at random, one is treatment group (32patients), one is control group. Treatment group is treated by Jianpitongqiao decoction, while control group is treated by triamcinolone nasal spray, and the course of treatment is4weeks. It is treated in pre treatment, two weeks, four weeks and two months follow-up respectively. Observe and record the change and adverse reaction between two groups, such as nasal symptoms, physical sign and general symptoms. Then we can analysis the data by statistics.Result:Before the treatment.there is no statistics meaning to compare with two groups by the score of their sex, age, disease course, disease condition and general symptoms(p>0.05), it means the two groups have comparability. After two weeks treatment, the effective rates of treatment group and control group are56.25%,84.375%respectively, and by nonparametric rank sum test, p<0.05. The discrepancy has marked statistics meaning. After four weeks treatment, the effective rates of treatment group and control group are93.75%,93.75%respectively, and by nonparametric rank sum test, p>0.05. The discrepancy has no statistics meaning. Two months follow-up, the relapse rates of two groups are12.5%and56.25%, and by Pearson X2of fourfold table, p<0.05. The discrepancy has marked statistics meaning. Comparison account between pre treatment and follow two months, p<0.05. It means that general symptoms of two groups have ameliorated at different level. Two months follow-up, p<0.05, it suggests treatment group has more advantages to ameliorate general symptoms than control group. In all children’s treatment process, two groups have common physical examination, and they don’t have any adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:After4weeks treatment, it has an equality curative effect between Jianpitongqiao decoction and Triamcinolone nasal spray. And after2months follow-up visit, it concludes that Jianpitongqiao decoction has a low recurrence rate and it does do good for constitutional symptoms. Besides, the safety evaluation of Jianpitongqiao decoction is grade1.
