| Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of the oral therapy using Qingyou soup combined with proton pump inhibitors (PPI) treat helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis,to explore in the feasibility of Chinese medicine associated with PPI to eradicate H.pylori, and symptoms efficacy of the gastritis assoiated with H.pylori(Spleen Damp-heat syndrome).Method:Including60cases of H.pylori associated gastritis (Spleen Damp-heat syndrome) patients into a test, randomly divided into the test group (Qingyou soup associated with PPI therapy) and control group (Livzon Weisanlian associated with PPI therapy). Both of the courses of treatments were14days. Collecting the TCM symptoms integral at the end of the medication, and adopting14C-urea breath test (14C-UBT) as H.pylori eradicate judgment method to review after taking medicine to (30±2) day. With chi-square test to analyze the eradication rate of H.pylori after treatment, and with rank sum test to analyze the TCM symptom score changes of before and after treatment, then in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:After one month of the end date of the treatment, the test group had19cases (63.3%) H.pylori negative and11cases (36.7%) remained positive, while the control group had23(76.7%) negative,7(23.3%) positive. The H.pylori eradication rate of the test group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The test group had8clinical cured cases (26.7%),17markedly effective cases (56.7%),4effective cases (13.3%),1invalid cases (3.3%),and the total effective rate was96.7%.The control group had1cured cases (3.3%),5markedly effective cases (16.7%),20effective cases (66.7%),4invalid cases (13.3%), and the total efficiency was86.7%. Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms improvement rate in the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The test group was better than the control group on the drug safety, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The oral Chinese medicine of Qingyou soup combined with PPI had almost the same H.pylori eradication effect and obvious advantages in improving TCM symptom scores of the H.pylori (gastritis of Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome) patients and better drug security compared with Western medicine quadruple therapy. |
