| Four of the representative Dark tea as Fuzhuan tea, Liupao tea, Qianliang tea and Qingzhuan tea in China has been taken as study materials. The main chemical components were measured, and their bacteriostatic effects were studied, and the normal gastrointestinal function of mice was studied, further more, the influences of intestinal flora imbalance have been studied too.1. Researeh on the contents of main biochemical composition in Dark tea and antibacterial effect.The content of Polyphenol are quite different from11%to18%in the four kind of Dark tea extract, on the basis of the content in ascending order were as following:Qingzhuan tea, Liupao tea, Fuzhuan tea,Qianliang tea extract. The content of organic acid and sugar are the highest in Fuzhuan tea. The content of caffeine occupied the highest total alkaloids and the highest content in Qianliang tea. Little free amino acids have been measured. Content of free amino acid in Liupao tea is only1.72%, the contents of free amino acid were close to each other in the rest of other three kinds of Dark tea, it’s about2.5%to2.9%. All of the Dark tea samples had no obvious antibacterial effects on Bifidobacterium and lactobacillus, but had significant effects on other common bacteria. And the Qingzhuan tea and Liupao tea had better effects. Furthermore, tea samples concentration was associated with a significant bacteriostatic effect.2. Research Dark tea of normal mice gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion function and the influence of intestinal flora.Compared with the model control group, rats in Qianliang tea, Fuzhuan tea, Qingzhuan tea and Liupao tea of high doses team effectively reduce gastric contents retention, and promote the gastric emptying. Four of the Dark tea three dose groups could significantly promote the intestinal peristalsis, increase small intestine propulsion function. The intestinal flora results show that four kinds of Dark tea in high dose and middle dose group could make the intestinal flora quantities change in the direction of the beneficial to human body health, at the low dose group, the contents of the four kinds of intestinal flora had no significant change compared with the control.3. The study of Dark tea in mouse models of intestinal disorders caused by antibioticsLavage with the Ampicillin to establish mice intestinal dysbacteriosis and immune dysfunction model. Separately intestinal flora detection, the measurement Small intestinal mucous sIgA, the measurement of IL-2in serum, Serum albumin and total protein content detection and Ileum section pathological detection. The results showed that lavage with the Ampicillin5d, alteration of intestinal flora, the Small intestinal mucous sIgA, the IL-2in serum, Serum albumin and total protein content were declined significantly compared with the normal saline used, in addition, the Ileum tissue slice obvious lesions. Compared with the natural recovery group, the Small intestinal mucous sIgA, the IL-2in serum, were increased significantly after treatment with t Qianliang tea, Fuzhuan tea, Qingzhuan tea and Liupao tea water extracts. The comparisons between the treatment groups, the effect of high doses group were much better than the low doses group of treatment. But the serum albumin and total protein had no significant effect. The ileum pathology slices showed that, mucous membrane of the intestinal wall and fluff and swelling degree were mitigated after lavage with Dark tea. |
