Comparedwith PCI before treatment, PCI after7days LVESV, LVEDV and LVEF showed no obvious change, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). PCI3monthsafter treatment, LVESV, LVEDV than PCI before treatment and after treatment ofPCI7days were decreased, the increase of LVEF, the differences were statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, in patients with PCI beforeand after treatment in the treatment of coronary heart disease myocardial infarctionsegments LSpeakã€RSpeakã€CSpeakwere lower than the control group, TPSRSã€TPSLSã€TPSCSincreased than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).
