Objective:Application of3D speckle tracking imaging (3D-STI) combined withconventional ultrasound Beckoning figure on the coronary atherosclerotic heartdisease, abbreviation(CAD). Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) changes ofleft ventricular segmental and global systolic function before and after treatment, analysis of PCI treatment of short-term curative effect on coronary reperfusiontherapy, Imaging evaluation of3D speckle effect of PCI on coronary atheroscleroticheart disease left ventricular segmental and global systolic function tracking.Methods:In30patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of <50%inpatients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease treated with PCI, in PCI beforetreatment, after3months after treatment of7days, from time to time and30casesof normal controls were3D speckle tracking imaging analysis, measurement of enddiastolic left ventricular volume (LVEDV), end systolic left ventricular volume(LVESV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) longitudinal, radial, circumferential strain and left ventricular wall segments (LSpeak、RSpeak、CSpeak) andtime to peak (TPSRS、TPSLS、TPSCS).Results:Compared with the control group, patients in group PCI in treatment ofcoronary heart disease before and after treatment LVESV, LVEDV higher thancontrol group, Significant difference has statistics significance (P <0.05). Comparedwith PCI before treatment, PCI after7days LVESV, LVEDV and LVEF showed no obvious change, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). PCI3monthsafter treatment, LVESV, LVEDV than PCI before treatment and after treatment ofPCI7days were decreased, the increase of LVEF, the differences were statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, in patients with PCI beforeand after treatment in the treatment of coronary heart disease myocardial infarctionsegments LSpeak、RSpeak、CSpeakwere lower than the control group, TPSRS、TPSLS、TPSCSincreased than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Compared with PCI before treatment, after PCI treatment increased7days each myocardial segment LSpeak、RSpeak、CSpeak, TPSRS、TPSLS、TPSCSdecreased (P <0.05); PCI changes after treatment for3months the index is moresignificant, There were significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion:1、Patients with coronary heart disease because of coronary artery obstructioncaused by the corresponding segment myocardial strain decreased or evendisappeared, left ventricular systolic dysfunction in part or whole.2、After thetreatment of PCI, along with the reperfusion of ischemic myocardium, leftventricular systolic function gradually improved, and along with the extension oftime and improve the more obvious.3、Abnormal technology can quickly, accuratelyand quantitatively evaluating left ventricular systolic function section and3D speckletracking, provide innovation without method for assessment of regional myocardialsystolic function of left ventricle in patients with coronary artery disease change forclinical.
