With the improvement of economic development and health consciousness, people pay moreand more attention to the prevention and early detection of the disease. As the ‘No.1killer’ ofwomen’s health, breast cancer is placed with great emphasis, which thus higher demands on thebreast disease detection technology. The breast disease detection currently-used include: ultrasonicdiagnosis, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), breast X-ray etc, but they are unable to beapplied in the early detection of breast cancer on a large scale due to the defects like poor detectioneffect, high price or with radiation.Bioelectrical impedance detection technology, a new type of breast cancer detection methods, can distinguish the self-regulation organization and the normal tissue with the differences ofelectrical conductivity or resistance between malignant tissue and normal tissue, mainly includingElectrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) technology and Electrical Impedance Scanning (EIS)technology. In order to make up for the deficiency of the existing breast cancer detection anddiagnosis technology, this paper develops a set of capacitive reactance information detectionsystem based on Resonance Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy (hereinafter referred to as REIS).This paper analyze the relationship among cell tissue, the equivalent circuit model and tissuelesions as well as the theoretical basis of the equivalent capacitance measurement in the equivalentcircuit model according to the existing research progress of bioelectrical impedance technology andput forward a impedance spectroscopy detection technology based on resonant frequency and theoverall design scheme; Make use of the Direct Digital Synthesis technology to design excitationcurrent source for bio impedance measurement and design a set of hardware system for6-channelcapacitive reactance measurement and debugging of hardware and PC software system. Developcommunication protocols to realize one-click data acquisition and storage and performing a lot ofexperiments based on this system as the breast tissue model to analyze the system’s ability todistinguish different capacitive reactance loads; The REIS-based early detection system of breast cancer designed in this paper is simple, easyto use without damage and low-cost with unique advantages on early warning of cancer. In additionto exploring a new road regarding the cancer detection, it’s also expected to reduce the use of largemedical equipment in the early stage of breast cancer, so as to compensate for the lack of medicalresources in the remote and backward areas or to reduce the waste of medical resources.
