Effects Of Danshen Injection On αvβ3,PDGF And TIMP-1in Endometrium Of Patients With Moderate Intrauterine Adhesions

Objective:The aim of this subject is to observe the changes of ανβ3,PDGF and TIMP-1before and after therapy,by infusing danshen injection into uterine cavity,through such a way to investigate the relationship between danshen injection and IUA,and to elucidate the mechanism of this medicine in preventing and treating IUA.Method:90patients were randomly divided into the danshen group,the viscoelastic solution group and the blank control group,30patients in each group.Three groups were treated with hysteroscopic,combining measures including IUD placed in uterine cavity,anti-infection treatment and artificial menstrual cycle ect. The danshen group was infused danshen injection into uterine cavity; the viscoelastic solution group was infused viscoelastic solution into uterine cavity; the blank control group was infused NS. Comparing the separation of intrauterine adhesions by means of reviewing hysteroscopic, the improvement of clinical symptom and endometrial thickness and the changes of av(33,PDGF and TIMP-1before and after therapy.Results:The total effective rates in the danshen group,the viscoelastic solution group and the blank control group were90.00%,93.33%and76.67%.The total effective rates of the danshen group,the viscoelastic solution group were better than the blank control group(P<0.05).The total effect of TCM syndromes in the danshen group,the viscoelastic solution group and the blank control group were90.00%,93.33%and80.00%.The total effect of TCM syndromes of the danshen group,the viscoelastic solution group were better than the blank control group(P<0.05).After the treatment, the PDGF and TIMP-1expression in the blank control group were more than the other two groups (P<0.05),but the ανβ3level was less than the other two groups(P<0.05).There were no difference between the viscoelastic solution group and the danshen group in ανβ3,PDGF and TIMP-1.Conclusions: The abnormal expression of ανβ3,PDGF and TEMP-lcan proliferate uerine fiber,and participate in development and progression of IUA,danshen injection with TCRA can reduce IUA rate and promoting endometrium’s repair and has no obvious toxic side reaction.
