Objective:It combines the rehabilitation exercise program of tai chi called "bao qiu yun shou" with medicine to treat the coronary heart disease of chronic heart failure (NYHA grade Ⅲ).By observing the changes of patients with cardiac function and their quality of life,we want to find the clinical effects of this treatment for the CHF patients, we intent to they committed to find a rehabilitation exercise program which is safe and effective for the patients with CHF.Methods:Using a random Numbers table, the132cases of patients who meet the "inclusion criteria" were randomly divided into three groups, group A.group B and group C.A group was given the conventional drug treatment;group B were used of drugs and daily walking exercise; Group C were carried out by using drug and daily walking and "bao qiu yun shou" of tai chi.After4weeks,the patients were observed the changes of cardiac function and their quality of life, including the NYHA heart function classification, index and plasma BNP concentration, echocardiography and6-MWT.Results:After4weeks,the change of indicators:1.Total effective rate of NYHA heart function classification:group A is70.5%,group B is81.8%,group C is90.9%,implies that three groups all have curative effect in improving cardiac function, curative effect comparison among groups is group C> A group;2.Plasma BNP concentration:contrast between group and inter-group (P<0.05),there all have statistically difference, curative effect comparison between groups is group C, group B> group A;3.6-MWT comparison:comparis interblock and inter-group (P<0.05),there all have statistically difference, curative effect comparison among groups is group C> group A;4.Echocardiography index (LVEF and LVEDD):comparison among groups(P<0.05),all have statistically difference, comparison between inter-group(P<0.05), have no statistical significance;5.The quality of life score of Minnesota:comparison between-groups and inter-group (P<0.05),there all have statistically difference, curative effect comparison between groups is group C> group A and group B.Conclusion:1.Drug combined exercise rehabilitation scheme in improving the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure, improve patients’quality of life and activity limitation caused by CHF, patients’exercise tolerance is better than the pure drug therapy, which imply rehabilitation exercise of cardiac function has significant improvement for patients with CHF.2.Tai Chi has the effect of nourishing heart and target function of exercise for the heart, as the heart play the primary role of the the five internal organs, through coordination of the lung, spleen, liver, kidney and other viscera and meridians, brawn, bones, making it increase myocardial oxygen supply, enhancing myocardial contraction force, reducing the peripheral vascular resistance to alleviate the burden of heart, and then improve the curative effect of cardiac function.3.As a kind of non-drug therapy, tai chi exercise as well as movement on foot can not only save medical resources effectively, but also can reduce the economic burden of patients effectively. At the same time exercise itself has a positive guiding role in psychological status of patients with CHF, and conform to the needs of the biological-psychology-social medica1model, besides, because of its economic, effective and practical property, making it easy to carry out, which is worthy of further promotion.
