Clinical Studies On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Intervertebral Disc Pill Combined Lumbar Posterior Bone Graft Fusion And Internal Fixation Surgery

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of use traditional Chinese medicine preparation intervertebral disc pill combined lumbar posterior bone graft fusion and internal fixation surgery.Providing some clinical reference basis for improving the clinical efficacy of lumbar posterior bone graft fusion and internal fixation surgery treatment of lumbar disc herniation.MethodsA prospective study.63patients who got Lumbar disc herniation with back pain and leg pain need to take operation of lumbar posterior bone graft fusion and internal fixation surgery were observed from June2012to July2013.All patients according to the order operation completely randomly divided into two groups,that is control group(31,cases) and treatment group(32,cases).Observation point: one day before surgery, and the first month after surgery、 the third month after surgery、 the sixth month after surgery,follow-up one time,and observation period is6months.Using visual analog scale (VAS) score and lumbocrural pain JOA score, ODI rating scale score. Measurement data with x±s, applied statistics and graphics software SSPS17.0software Graph Pad Prism6for statistical analysis.Observe two groups before and after surgery treatment effect and difference operation between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05, for there was no significant difference, P<0.05), significant differences.ResultsControl group and treatment group cases of balanced is1day at the end of the age, gender and preoperative VAS score, JOA score and ODI scores had no significant difference (p>0.05), Two groups of cases may comparable. Two groups of postoperative1months compared with preoperative last1day, JOA score, ODI score of VAS score, all have different degrees of improvement Postoperative1months observation point VAS score between the two groups JOA score, ODI score statistics was no significant difference (p>0.05). Two groups of patients in postoperative3months,6months the VAS score of each observation point, JOA score and ODI scores were significantly different (p<0.05), and the clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group. ConclusionIntervertebral disc pill can improve the lumbar posterior intervertebral disc excision intervertebral bone graft fusion and internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion clinical curative effect, for patients with postoperative the recovery of neural function.
