Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine deafness2treatment of sudden hearing loss and Its effect on blood coagulation and TCD.Methods:From May2012to December2013,we selected60cases of patinents with sudden hearing loss in the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine hospital.They were randomly divided into a Treated group and a control group,each group of30cases(30ears).Treated group were treated with deafness2,Kaishi injection,vitamin B1100mg,vitamin B12500μg.Control group were treated with Kaishi injection,vitamin B1100mg,vitamin B12500μg. A course of7days,we observe the results after two courses.All data were statistically analyzed with SPSS software.Results:(1)In the deaf and vertigo,the treated group was better than control group.We use the rank sum test,P<0.05.(2)Total effective rate of the treated group is86.7%,total effective rate of the control group is66.3%.We use the rank sum test,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Chinese traditional medicine deafness2has an exact effect on qi stagnation and blood stasis type of sudden deafness.
