[Objective]To investigate the possible relationship between serum、peritoneal dialysis fluid IL-6, CRP, VEGF and peritoneal transport function.[Materials and Methods]44CAPD patients were counted in the hospital dialysis centers have no obvious inflammation cases.Patients in the dialysis1months by PET, on the eve of the balance test using2.5%glucose dialysate (Dianeal?) left abdominal overnight, The next day to the dialysis center PET.10ml nocturnal dialysate of Patients were acquired and immediately frozen to-80℃in the process; at the same time, blood specimens were cryopreserved after centrifugation.According to D/Pcr, the patients were divided into two groups:(1) L/A group (D/Pcr≤0.64):a total of22cases (2) H/A group (D/Pcr≥0.65):a total of22 cases.Patients in the dialysis six months by PET again,10ml nocturnal dialysate of Patients were acquired and immediately frozen to-80℃in the process; at the same time, blood specimens were cryopreserved after centrifugation.ELISA was used to detect serum and dialysate CRP, IL-6, VEGF after land6months peritoneal dialysis. At the same time, analyse the relationship among serum and peritoneal dialysis fluid CRP,IL-6, VEGF, and peritoneal solute transport.[Results]1. Comparison of general data:there is no significant difference in age, the primary disease incidence rate for diabetic nephropathy, residual renal function, the fasting blood glucose and total Kt/V in the two groups. There are differences in the level of serum albumin. Peritoneal dialysis ultrafiltration volume at night in H/A group of patients was significantly less than low transport characteristics of patients, and the difference has statistical significance.2. Spearson correlation analysis showed that, there was a positive correlation between the expression level of CRP in serum and the serum levels of IL-6, there is no correlation between the expression level of CRP in serum and VEGF in serum and peritoneal fluid, CRP expressionlevel and dialysate IL-6showed no correlation, the re was no correlation between the expression level of IL-6in serum and serum VEGF, the expression level of CRP in peritoneal dialysate and peritoneal dialysis fluid no correlation between VEGF expression, the expression level of IL-6in serum and dialysate showed no correlation with VEGF expression.3. Wald regression analysis showed, Peritoneal transport function in patients may be correlated with peritoneal inflammation marker VEGF and circulating markers CRP and IL-6, serum CRP and IL-6were the risk factors of peritoneal transport function.[Conclusion]Peritoneal transport function in patients may be correlated with peritoneal inflammation marker VEGF and circulating markers CRP and IL-6, micro inflammation is the risk factor of peritoneal transport function.
