Objective:To investigate the incidence of pulmonary embolism in cardiovascularmedicine and study the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods:A retrospective analysis of28patients with pulmonary embolismduring January2012-December2013in the department of cardiovascularmedicine of the Second Hospital of Jilin University,including17males,11females,that the age ranges from41years old to84years old, with anaverage age of62.25years old. Discuss the risk factors, symptoms, laboratory tests and laboratory examinations, etc. of pulmonary embolismand analyze the causes of misdiagnosis and missing. Results:From January2012to December2013,there are146cases diagnosedwith pulmonary embolism in the Second Hospital of JilinUniversity,including28casess(19.2%) with newly diagnosed in thedepartment of cardiovascular medicine.28cases of pulmonary embolismare diagnosed by CTPA,including15cases with deep vein thrombosis,9cases with hyperlipidemia,1case with malignant tumors,16cases withheart disease(7cases with CAD,14cases with heart failure,4cases withhypertention,2cases with dilated cardiomyopathy),7cases with cerebralinfarction,2cases with COPD,1case with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head,18cases with a history of smoking. The D-dimer of28patients are positive (≥232ng/ml)(100%);17cases are checked byvenous ultrasonography and13cases are with deep vein thrombosis(76.5%).Conclusion:1.D-dimer testing can be a screening indicator in patients with suspectpulmonary embolism, whose negative meaning to exclude is higher;2. CTPA is currently the first-line method for the diagnosis of pulmonaryembolism, with high specificity and high sensitivity;3.DVT provide important clinical value for the diagnosis of pulmonaryembolism...
