Objective: To observe the effect of dendritic cells(DCs) combined cytokine-inducedkiller cells(CIK)immunotherapy on immunity function of renal cancer patients afteroperation. Methods: From September2011To June2013,52cases of patients with renal cancerunderwent Kidney cancer radical surgery, all performed dendritic cells(DC) combinedcytokine induced killer cells (CIK) immunotherapy after operation. In before a week, two week after the treatment respectively, using the immune function of patients with flowcytometry instrument monitoring indicators, Including peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+,CD8+Tcell, CD4+/CD8+ratio, and INF-, IL-2and IL-10cytokine levels.Result: Two week after the treatment of peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ratio, IL-2, INF-level were higher than a week before treatment, Two week afterthe treatment of cytokine IL-10, CD8+level was lower than a week before treatment,Comparative differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Immunotherapy using dendritic cells combined cytokine-induced killercells could enhance the immune function of patients with renal cancer after operation,Itshowed efficacy for renal cell carcinoma and improved prognosis. No severe side effectswere observed.
