The Zibai Cream On The Clinical And Experimental Study On The Swelling Of Bleeding After Operation Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: Zibai cream is the preparation of Fujian province people’sHospital, is the experience of national famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Professor Chen Minfan, after the hospital traditional Chinese medicine preparation room preparation.This topic through the clinical observation of60cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery and experimental research to elucidate the pharmacological effects of the purple and white paste effect.Methods:1.Clinical study:60patients met the inclusion criteria of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids by simple random divided into treatment group and control group30cases, two groups of patients after using the same basic treatment, the treatment group with the purple and white ointment after operation; the control group with hemorrhoid after operation, observed and records of hemorrhage with perianal edema of patients third days after operation; record the time of wound healing.2.Experimental study:①Mouse xylene induced auricular swelling test:Normal mice were randomly divided into3groups (the Zibai cream group, vaseline group, blank control group),Each group respectively before and after the two drugs applied to the right ear in mice, administered continuously for three days, half an hour after the last administration xylene induced auricular swelling,each drug were observed on the normal mice auricle swelling degree.②The mouse tail bleeding experiment and glass capillary coagulation experiment:Normal mice were randomly divided into3groups (the Zibai cream group, vaseline group, blank group),All mice abdominal sulfide unhairing, each group separately drugs applied to theabdomen of mice, three days of continuous use,The last administration after half an hour respectively, observing the effect on thetime and the glass capillary blood coagulation time of the normal mouse tail bleeding.③Disk diffusion method antibacterial experiment:The experiments were divided into3groups (the Zibai cream group,Erythromycin Ointment group and vaseline group), The ointment evenly on each round filter paper, then the circular filter paperpasted on the inoculated bacteria plate culture medium, in constant temperatureincubator incubating for18-24hours.respectively to observe the effect of each 3.drug on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa growth.Results:1.Clinical research:the treatment group and the control group curative effect comparison, there was a significant difference in wound edema, hemorrhage andpromote wound healing in the prevention and treatment of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2.The experimental study:①Comparison of Zibai cream and vaseline、blank group, can reduce the swelling of auricle of mice (P<0.05) compared with the control group, Vaseline, no significant difference (P>0.05).②In the mouse tail bleeding experiment comparative Zibai cream and vaseline, Zibai cream with the blank group, vaseline and blank group effect on bleeding time of mice,no significant difference (P>0.05).In glass capillary coagulation experiments of mice: comparative Zibai cream and vaseline、the blank group, the bleeding time can shorten the normal mice (P<0.05) compared with the control group, Vaseline, no significant difference (P>0.05).③Vaseline almost had no inhibitory effect on the bacteria, each group of drugs on Escherichia coli inhibitory effects were not obvious, nostatistically significant difference between groups (P>0.05), Erythromycin against Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial effect is better than that of the Zibai cream (P<0.05), Zibai cream for Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial effect is better than that of Vaseline,The Zibai cream on Pseudomonas aeruginosa antimicrobial effect than that of Erythromycin Ointment and vaseline,(all P<0.05); Erythromycin Ointment on Pseudomonas aeruginosa antimicrobial effect than that of Vaseline,(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Clinical studies showed that the purple and white plaster can reduce thepostoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids, improve anal edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids, reduce postoperative bleeding, promote wound healing, its clinical efficacy is better than Musk Hemorrhoids ointment.2.The experimental study:①Mouse xylene induced auricular swelling experiments showed that Zibai cream has certain inhibitory effect.②The mouse tail bleeding experiment and glass capillary coagulation experiments showed that the Zibai cream can promote blood coagulation.③Disk diffusion method antibacterial experiment showed that Zibai cream has a partial inhibition of bacterial growth effect.
