Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture In Treating Nervous Tinnitus

Objectives:By observing the effect of acupuncture on selected points in the way of nerves and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of Nervous tinnitus efficacy about the differences, to research the effects of nerve, providing a new point for acupuncture treatment of tinnitus.Methods:1.In this study41cases of nervous tinnitus were collected from Fujian Province Hospital acupuncture, HNO department outpatient services and the inpatient department. The study starts from2012December to2013October. According to the randomized method,they were divided into20cases in the control group, the treatment group of21cases. The treatment group take acupuncture point: Erheliao (needle to the auriculotemporal nerve), Xiaguan (needle to the mandibular nerve), Qianzheng (needle to the facial nerve), the control group acupoints:main points:Ermen, Tinggong, Tinghui:Shenshu (Deficiency syndrome), Zhongzhu (Empirical).2. Every team cures1day1times,6times as a course of1, between the two treatment interval1day, a total of4courses, a total of1months. Before and after the treatment respectively on THI score, depression score, tinnitus severity score, pure tone threshold score statistics. We use SPSS statistical analysis method, compare the differences in efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.The clinical curative effect of1comprehensive comparison of the two groups:the treatment group cure rate was0%, markedly effective rate is38.01%, effective rate was57.14%, the total efficiency of95%. The control group were:the cure rate was0%, markedly effective rate is35%, effective rate was55%, the total efficiency of90%. The difference of curative effect of two groups was no significant difference between test group and control group, treatment efficacy.2.Conventional acupuncture can treatment tinnitus. Acupuncture the point in nerves also has effect to tinnitus. Two methods about tinnitus score, THI score of depression severity score, pure tone audiometry scores were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion:1.Herve also have treatment. By exciting the auriculotemporal nerve, mandibular nerve and facial nerve, Impulse along the neural pathways to upload, cochlear nerve, which increase the excitability of the hair cells in the ear, improve tissue metabolism, blood, lymph circulation.The inner ear ischemia and hypoxia can be corrected, the lymphatic function can operate as usual, Cochlear function can improve and recovery, tinnitus disappear. Acupuncture can promote the recovery of nerve area within the tissue and cells to normal function.2.Acupuncture treatment of tinnitus can choose the routine acupuncture method, also can choose the acupuncture point in the nerves, compare to Ermen,Tinggong,Tinghui which must open the mouth to acupunctured, it is easy accepted by the patients.
