Objectives: By detecting the expression level of Human PapillomavirusL1Capsid Protein, E-cadherin and vimentin in normal cervical tissue, CIN(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma, explore the effect of EMT (epithelial-mesenchymal transformation) in theprogress of cervical cancer and tudy the significance of the HumanPapillomavirus L1Capsid Protein, E-cadherin, vimentin protein forprecancerosis of uterine cervix the connective tissue growth factor andprognosis monitoring indicators.Methods:1Collect22examples of cervical cancer,29cases of CIN(cervicalintraepithelial neoplasia) and10cases of normal cervical tissue paraffinspecimens from the Sencond Hospital of Hebei Medical University between2008and2012,All patients had no preoperative chemotherapy and radiationtherapy and the detection of high risk subtype of HPV DNA were positive.2Use method of SP to study the expression of Human Papillomavirus L1Capsid Protein, E-cadherinand vimentin in normal cervical tissue, CIN(cervical intraepithelial neoplisia)and cervical cancer.3Use SPSS17.0software to analyze the Data and χ2test to treat theresults.By statistics analysis, P<0.05was meaningful.Results:1The expression of Human Papillomavirus L1Capsid Protein in cervicallesions.In10cases of normal cervical tissue and15cases of low level squamousintraepithelial neoplasia,14cases of high level squamous intraepithelialneoplasia and22cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the positiveexpression rate of Human Papillomavirus L1Capsid Protein was30.0%, 80.0%,42.9%and4.5%respectively. The positive expression rate of HumanPapillomavirus L1Capsid Protein in the tissue of four groups have significantdifference (P<0.05). In cervical lymph node metastasis group and withoutmetastasis group, the positive expression rate of Human Papillomavirus L1Capsid Protein was0.0%,13.6%respectively, the differences between the twogroups were statistically significant (P<0.05). It can be seen that HumanPapillomavirus L1Capsid Protein highly expresses in cervical intraepithelialneoplasia, the positive expression rate declines in normal cervical tissue, incervical squamous carcinoma tissues expression rate is lower. HumanPapillomavirus L1Capsid Protein positive expression in cervical cancer islower than the normal cervical tissue, the differences between the two groupshave no significant difference (P>0.05).2The expression of E-cadherin in cervical lesions.In10cases of normal cervical tissue and15cases of low level (squamousintraepithelial neoplasia,14cases of high level squamous intraepithelialneoplasia and22cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the positiveexpression rate of E-cadherin was90.0%,46.7%,42.9%and9.1%respectively. The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in the tissue of fourgroups have significant difference (P<0.05). In cervical lymph nodemetastasis group and without metastasis group, the positive expression rate ofE-cadherin was0.0%,28.6%respectively, the differences between the twogroups were statistically significant (P<0.05).3The expression of vimentin in cervical lesions.In10cases of normal cervical tissue and15cases of low level squamousintraepithelial neoplasia,14cases of high level squamous intraepithelialneoplasia and22cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the positiveexpression rate of vimentin was10.0%,20.0%,57.1%and90.9%respectively.The positive expression rate of vimentin in the tissue of four groups havesignificant difference (P<0.05). In cervical lymph node metastasis group andwithout metastasis group, the positive expression rate of vimentin was100.0%,71.4%respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1With the progress of the cervical lesions, the expression of E-cadheringradually reduced, while the expression of vimentin increased.. Then concludethat, EMT has taken place in in the progress of the cervical lesion, and theoccurrence of EMT promoted the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.2Rely on Human Papillomavirus L1Capsid Protein to predict cervicallesion outcome is not reliable, the joint detection of E-cadherin, vimentin andHuman Papillomavirus L1Capsid Protein can predict the development trendof cervical lesions, and have important guidance value in helping to treat thecases with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix.
