Objective: To probe and analyze the high risky factors of patientsundergoing heart valve replacement(HVR)and coronary artery bypassgrafting(CABG). Methods: Forty-four patients who underwent HVRcombined with CABG in our center were selected as the study objects,CABGcombined with aortic operation were performed in12cases, CABG combinedwith double valve placement were performed in3cases and CABGcombined with mitral surgery were performed in29cases;We chose13riskfactors according to the features of this group patients.Cox proportionalhazard model was used to perform the univariate multivariate analysis of riskfactors. Results: Cox proportional hazard model revealed that age>70years,preexisting diabetes, history of myocardical infarction, combined withcerebral vascular disease, and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)≤40%were the independent risk factors for patients undergoing heart valvereplacement(HVR)and coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Conclusion:age>70years, preexisting diabetes, history of myocardical infarction, combined with cerebral vascular disease, and left ventricular ejectionfraction(LVEF)≤40%were the independent risk factors for patientsundergoing heart valve replacement(HVR)and coronary artery bypassgrafting(CABG).
