objective through the patient’s own factors and thecorrelation of incision infection after artificial joint replacement, soas to take measures to reduce the risk of postoperative incisioninfection. Methods: a retrospective analysis method, analysis of ourhospital from January2009to December2012line a total of1662cases of artificial joint replacement for the treatmentof patients. This group of1622patients were first replacement,a total of1622replacement joints.738male and884femalecases;The age of26to90years old, average61.5years.Hipreplacement in1079cases,543cases of knee jointreplacement.Surgical reasons are as follows: elderly hipfracture (femoral neck fracture or intertrochantericfractures)519cases,469cases of femoral head necrosis, rheumatoid arthritis,193cases of, first hip dysplasia39cases,26cases of femoral proximal tumor;Knee osteoarthritisin341cases,22cases of ankylosing spondylitis,13cases ofvilli nodular synovitis. Results: the results: the patients in33cases of postoperative incision infection, infection in23cases of the hip, theshallow18cases of infection, deep infection in5cases.Theknee joint shallow7cases of infection, deep infection (3cases).The total infection rate was2.03%, hip infection ratewas2.03%, the knee joint infection rate was1.84%.33casesof infection in patients with7cases of isolated Ⅱ with type1diabetes,6cases of senile,4cases of obese patients,5cases of preoperative patients with local infection,2casesof rheumatoid arthritis,7patients for hybrid,3cases ofpreoperative normal.Infection of pathogenic bacteria is givenpriority to with gram-positive cocci, accounting for65.21%.The main pathogenic bacteria of epidermis instaphylococcus, accounting for60.00%.Conclusion: self factors on patients with wound infectionafter artificial joint replacement has important influence, want to learn more about the patient’s history and past medicalhistory, preoperative intervention on the patients and takeeffective preventive measures, is the key to reducepostoperative infection rate.
