| [Objective] Detection the expression of JUNB gene,TOB1gene andasialoglycoprotein receptor2(asialoglycoprotein receptor2,ASGR2)gene inhepatocellular carcinoma(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC),to explore the roleand significance of JUNB, TOB1and ASGR2in the development of HCC.[Methods] Collected peripheral blood samples in Guangxi tumor hospitaland the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in November2012to January2013. Using semi quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerasechain (RT-PCR) detected the JUNB gene, TOB1gene and ASGR2geneexpression levels of peripheral blood in55cases of liver cancer patients,55cases of patients with other tumors non HCC and33cases of non tumor patientsin the control group. SPSS16.0statistical software was used for analysis.Application of χ2test and t test comparison positive expression situation inpatients with each group of JUNB gene, TOB1gene and ASGR2gene, analysisJUNB gene, TOB1gene and ASGR2gene expression level of relationship withclinicalpathological parameters in liver cancer patients with personalcharacteristics, personal habits and clinicopathological parameters, analysis the relative expression quantity of peripheral blood in each group patients of JUNBgene, TOB1gene and ASGR2gene.[Results](1)The positive expression of JUNB in HCC group and othertumor non HCC patients blood gene was respectively83.6ï¼…and80ï¼…,twogroups had no significant difference(Pï¹¥0.05), HCC group and non tumorcontrol group the positive expression rate of JUNB gene were83.6ï¼…and87.9ï¼…,two groups had no significant difference(Pï¹¥0.05). The positive expressionof TOB1in HCC group and other tumor non HCC patients blood gene wasrespectively87.3ï¼…and81.8ï¼…,two groups had no significant difference(Pï¹¥0.05), HCC group and non tumor control group the positive expression rate ofTOB1gene were87.3ï¼…and75.8ï¼…,two groups had no significant difference(Pï¹¥0.05). The positive expression of ASGR2in HCC group and other tumor nonHCC patients blood gene was respectively85.5ï¼…and65.5ï¼…,there wassignificant difference between two groups(P﹤0.05), HCC group and non tumorcontrol group the positive expression rate of ASGR2gene were85.5ï¼…and78.8ï¼…,two groups had no significant difference(Pï¹¥0.05).(2)The expression level of JUNB gene, TOB1gene and ASGR2gene inHCC group in the peripheral blood of patients was significantly higher than thatin other tumor non HCC patients, the difference was statisticallysignificant(respectively P=0.003ã€P=0.000and P=0.000). The expression levelof JUNB gene,TOB1gene and ASGR2gene in HCC group in the peripheralblood of patients was significantly higher than that of other diseases and nontumor patients in the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant(respectively P=0.009ã€P=0.000and P=0.000). (3) JUNB gene, TOB1gene and ASGR2gene expression in liver cancerpatients with personal characteristics, personal habits and clinicopathologicalparameters was not significant(Pï¹¥0.05).[Conclusion] The expression level of JUNB gene, TOB1gene and ASGR2gene significantly higher in the peripheral blood of patients with HCC,suggesting that the expression level of JUNB gene, TOB1gene and ASGR2gene may be associated with HCC development, detecting its expression couldbe used as a predictor of early onset HCC. |
