Clinical Research And Application Of The Modified Technique In Mckissock Reduction Mammaplasty

0bjective:Study on vertical double pedicle breast reduction causesangioplasty after poor results, so as to improve operation method, reduce the incidenceof postoperative complications, improving the effects on aesthetics of long-term.Method: Retrospective analysis of2009July to2013September by using verticaldouble pedicle for hypertrophy breast reduction plasty of clinical data, summarize theclinical experience of the application of the technology, to take corresponding measuresaccording to the reasons of postoperative effects of poor, take glands rotating pediclecombined traditional McKissock method for breast reduction surgery, and evaluateimprovement in postoperative effect.Results: Based on8cases of operation improvement from3months to2years, resultsshow that, in patients with postoperative breast appearance satisfaction, nipple, areolafeel good, normal erectile function, stable long-term effect of aesthetics, the low rate ofcomplications, and does not need trimming two operation. This group of patients, only1patients with hypertrophic scar (after anti scar treatment for half a year, effect isimproved obviously), the rest cases incision healed in I stage.Conclusions: The risk reserving nipple outside gland reduction by a modifiedMcKissock method with reduced breast pedicle nipple, areola necrosis of the nipple,areola, and feel good, the remodeling of the breast shape is good, operation method fortreating breast ptosis, severe hyperplasia in good, effective.
