Objective:in order to analyze the short-term effects of laparoscopic rectal cancer radical resection with laparotomy surgery. Methods:in February2011-February2013in our hospital for treatment of60cases of laparoscopic rectal cancer patients with rectal cancer, and57patients with laparotomy respectively the60patients,57patients were divided into group A and group B. The case data of two groups of patients with comparative analysis. Results:There is no difference in statistics in the tissue pathology, age, gender, tumor stage, tumor location of the two groups of patients. The operation time of Laparoscopic group and open group was separately (218±50) min and (190±40) min, the amount of bleeding of the two groups of patients in operation were (140±39) ml,(287±61) ml, the hospitalization time of two groups of patients after operation were (9.9±3.6) d,(16.1±6) d, recovery time of intestinal of two groups of patients after operation were (2.57±0.85)、(3.61±1.80) d, the cost of two groups of patients are (3.9±0.8),(3.59±0.8) million. It showed that there were significant statistical differences between the data of the two groups above (p<0.05). Through the comparison of the exhaust time, eating time, number of incision infection, postoperative hospitalization time after operation of the two groups patients respectively respectively. The recovery of the laparoscopic group was better than the open group after operation. Conclusion:in rectal cancer radical surgery, laparoscopic treatment for treatment than laparotomy significant advantage, and with open operation treatment effect in the same way, it is feasible and safe.
