Research BackgroundWith the continuous development of social economy, the problem of public health are also growing, the public health personnel put forward higher requirements; Increasing the scale of higher education development, and deepen reform, improve the quality of education is the inevitable trend; Face up to the status quo, summing up experience, explore the realistic requirement of master’s education reform is the school of public health.Reaserch ObjectivesThis paper based on relevant theory and experience both at home and abroad, and one universitiy in Shanxi Province as an example, investigated the status quo of cultivating MPH, and evaluated the importance of each training link. Pointing out the emphases in full-time MPH and part-time MPH training, using the theory of total quality management of working procedure, combining with the actual put forward the feasibility plan of MPH training mode, which helps to improve the quality of the school the cultivation of the MPH.Methods1. History literature method2. Questionnaire method3. Unstructured interviews By adopting the way of group interview with face to face interview.4. Swot analysis Was used to determine the competitive advantage in MPH train (strength), competitive disadvantage (weakness), opportunities (opportunity) and threats (--kyoui), to the school’s development strategy, pattern and school internal resources and external environment organically.5. Statistical method Statistical description the status quo of culturing mode, a university of shanxi, and t test to compare between groups of full-time MPH and training mode for part-time MPH importance evaluation of differences.ResultsTheory:foreign MPH started early, training mode is relatively mature; Domestic started late, development is rapid, in the period of reform and development, there are a number of problems with training mode. Our full-time MPH and part-time MPH belong to the professional degree of master of public health graduate student education sequence, but both in the recruitment of students management, teaching methods, student source, etc.Empirical: l.a master of public health of the current training mode of colleges and universities in shanxi effect satisfaction is low, do not have a high level of cognition and understanding, that do not have a high level of teaching conditions meet the needs of the students, social practice effect satisfaction low, agreed that the degree of social recognition is low.2.3groups that full-time and part-time training mode MPH importance differences of each link, a=0.05, full-time MPH thought two kinds of education mode in recruiting, training objectives in conformity with the expected degree and the personalized, double mentor, on the importance of social practice, practice base difference was statistically significant (p <0.05), The importance in the sequence sorting different; Part-time think two training mode, curriculum setting, professional skills, the condition of recruiting course credits, the network teaching importance and ability training, the dissertation form the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05); Mentor group think two training mode in the curriculum, course credits, social practice and degree theory, the importance of the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).3.the school on the cultivation of the two kinds of schooling master of public health has not yet formed their own characteristics, not according to the characteristics of targeted training. Evaluation and supervision mechanism is not sound. Training mode needs to be improved and perfected.4.combined with the swot analysis of the school to cultivate the students’ master of public health, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. Combined with previous theory of the school building education mode of master of public health concept, principle, frame, etc.conclusion1、 A university in shanxi in the master of public health education mode should be carried out based on its own actual situation for reform, at the same time take into account the full-time MPH and part-time MPH their training focus.2、 By using the theory of total quality management working procedures of PDCA cycle to build the school MPH cultivation model framework, training mode and combining training target, training process, the elements of quality evaluation to construct the practical feasibility plan.
