Clinical Study On The Influence Of Tong Du Acupuncture And Moxibustion In The Bone Marrow Stem Cells Of Patients With Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

Objective:This study selected patients with cerebral ischemic stroke as the clinical objects to be observed, Matrix bone marrow stem cell mobilization,neurological impairment, act-Iveties of daily(ADL) living were observed and compared by the three therapies of tong du acupuncture and moxibustion, simple acupuncture and drug, by measuring the changes of peripheral blood CD34+, CD133+to reflect the bone marrow stem cells mobilization efficiency, optimal treatment of cerebral infarction of the best solution, provided experimental scientific basis for clinical treatment and prevention of cerebral infarction.Methods:Selected99patients with cerebral infarction, according to the order of visits, were randomly divided into groups of tong du acupuncture and moxibustion group(A group), simple acupuncture group(B group)and drug grou(C group),33patients in each group. Based on the premise of conventional drug therapy, patients of tong du acupuncture group were treated by pricking collateral Dazhui, moxibustion Baihui, combined with acupricking Fengchi, QuChi, Hegu, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao points, acupoints of simple acupuncture group were selected Fengchi, QuChi, Hegu, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao points. For the treatment of A and B group,one time a day, each treatment course was14days, drug group treated conventionally with tongxiluo capsule,two capsules one time,three time one day, each treatment course was14days. CD34+, CD133+,neurological impairment,activities of daily living(ADL), were observed before and after the treatment. Using statistical software SPSS18.0.Results:(1)Comparision of the three groups before and after the treatment,CD34+,CD133+were all improved in varying degrees,which had significant difference intra contrast (P<0.05or P<0.01). There had significant difference among three groups (P<0.05), A group compared with the B, C group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in group B and group C.(2) Comparision of the three groups before and after the treatment,the neurological impairment, activity of activities of daily living(ADL), were all improved in varying degrees,which had significant difference intra contras(P<0.05or P<0.01). There had significant difference among three groups (P<0.05). Group A was better than Group B and Group C in every index, which had significant difference(P<0.05or P<0.01). Group B was better than Group C, which had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Three therapies had varied degree of intervention effect on the bone marrow stem cells mobilization,neurological impairment, activities of daily living(ADL)indexes of patients with cerebral infarction.(2)Intervention effect on the bone marrow stem cells mobilization,neurological impairment indexes, activities of daily living(ADL) were more obvious of tong du acupuncture and moxibustion group than simple acupuncture group and drug group, indicating that tong du acupuncture had better superiority for preventing cerebral infarction probably.(3)Tong du acupuncture was easy-manipulating, effective, safe and reliable, economic and practical, had a promising prospect for the treatment and prevention of cerebral infarction.
