Clinical Studay On Xifeng Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Patient Of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo(Ganyang Shangkang、Tanshi Zhongzu)

Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to observe the effects of XiFeng HuaTanDecoction for GanYang ShangKang and TanShi ZhongZu type of Posterior CirculationIschemia Vertigo in Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCD, BAEP, Hcy andlong term prognosis, And to provide a more reliable basis for the better application inclinic.Methods:Select60outpatients with Posterior Circulation Ischemic vertigo in cadreneural department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditionalChinese Medicine in2012June-2013November,and they were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group.Ultimately the treatment group include28patients,27cases in the control group.The treatment group: treated with xifeng huatan decoction,one dose daily, three times a day;the control group: oral administration of flunarizine,10mg night before going to bed.After2weeks,to observe the curative effect of TCMsyndrome integral, TCD, BAEP, Hcy etc,And review the relevant indicators after3months to observe the long-term effect,And no other drugs taked during the period.Inthe same time,we make regular safety inspection to determine its efficacy and safety.Results:After2weeks,symptom scores in two groups decreased significantly;After3months the TCM syndromes in treatment group continued to decline,And in controlgroup, it rebounded slowly.After2weeks the cure rate of the treatment group was75%, and the total efficiency was96.4%;And in control group they were55.5%and85.1%.After3months,the cure rate of the treatment group was67.8%, and the totalefficiency was92.8%;And in control group they were44.4%and77.7%.After2weeksall TCD indicators in treatment group were improved than before,And its better intreatment group than that in control group.after3months,TCD indicators in treatmentgroup improved again,and the control group′s indicators went down.after2weeks,BAEP indexes of Two groups of were all decreased;after3months, The indexesof treatment group were further shortened, but control group increased.after2weeks and3months,Hcy of treatment groups obviously decreased,but it was not changed inthe control group.After the treatment finished, There were no significant changes inthree big conventions and renal and liver function tests in two group patients.There was1case of mild adverse reactions in the treatment group,but5cases of adverse reactionsin control group.Conclusion：In terms of improving TCM syndrome integral and the curative effects ofthe patients with PCI vertigo,XiFeng HuaTan Decoction is similar to flunarizine inShort term efficacy,but better than flunarizine in long term efficacy;The decoction isalso better than flunarizine in improving the level of TCD and Hcy;It’similar toflunarizine in BAEP;The adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that offlunarizine.The decoction could improve the syndromes of TCM、the indexes of TCDand BAEP in patients with PCI vertigo, and it could also decrease the level of Hcy.Itcould significantly improve the long-term prognosis,and have high security.It should bedeserved in further clinical promotion.
