Objective Summary in recent years in our hospital17cases of patients with severe abdominal infection treatment, to explore the multidisciplinary clinical effect in treating severe abdominal infection.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of17cases of patients with severe abdominal infection multidisciplinary combined treatment. The postoperative biliary fistula in4cases,5cases of severe acute pancreatitis, intestinal fistula in2cases,2cases of pancreatic trauma, intestinal necrosis after resection of liver abscess, abdominal trauma, postoperative, unexplained severe abdominal cavity infection in1cases. ICU, surgery, blood purification center, Department of pharmacy, Department of internal medicine, Department of nutrition digestion of multidisciplinary treatment. All patients by doctor of ICU support for life and organ function; the lesions of abdominal infection, surgical intervention by non operation treatment effect is not ideal or sicker patients. Surgical intervention included B ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage, laparotomy debridement and drainage, open abdomen therapy; renal insufficiency and syndrome underwent hemofiltration in treatment of severe systemic inflammatory response syndrome; pharmacy doctor make use of antibiotics; nutritional practitioner of nutritional support treatment. Results After treatment,13patients (76.47%) was cured,4patients (23.53%) treated by non open operation.3patients (17.65%) died (including1cases died of infectious shock,1cases died of pancreatic bed bleeding,1patients died of multiple organ failure), automatic discharge in1cases (5.88%).Conclusions ICU, surgery, blood purification center, Department of pharmacy, nutrition, and other multidisciplinary combined treatment of severe abdominal cavity has exact clinical curative effect in patients with severe abdominal infection; surgical intervention in patients with severe abdominal infection should follow the damage control philosophy; abdominal puncture and drainage with small trauma, the clinical effect is good, suitable for patients with severe intra-abdominal infection infection control, create the conditions and opportunities for further treatment with operation.
