Cultured KLN-205tumor cells, with glutaraldehyde (GA) as crosslinking agent, theKLN-205cells and OK-432cross-linking, made of OK-432tumor vaccine.2.On the tongue inoculation of KLN-205tumor cells of DBA/2mice, the establishment of tumor metastasis model.3.Experimental animal inoculation in DBA/2mice after24hours were randomly divided into two groups, respectively OK-432tumor vaccine group and blank control group.PBS OK-432tumor mice were injected into abdominal cavity on the right side of5×105/100ul vaccine and100ul,1times per week, for3weeks.4.Tumor size was observed in mice treated every day, and use the statistical analysis of the results.5.For three weeks after the mice were killed, removal of lymph nodes, counting the number of metastatic lymph nodes, determination of the primary tumor weight, calculatetumor inhibition rate, lymph node metastasis rate and metastasis inhibition rate.6.The lymph nodes were stained with HE, observed the tumor cells metastasis.7.The experimental data were analyzed using SPSS17.0software, all the results are expressed by±S, groups were compared using ANOVA and chi square test, P<0.05had statistical significance.Results1.OK-432tumor vaccine has significant effect on inhibiting the tumor growth, the tumor inhibition rate was68.4%; lymph node metastasis inhibitory rate was 31.6%.2. Through the H E compared with control group and drug group lymph node staining,found the drug group lymph node lymphocytes significantly more than the control group.Conclusion1. OK-432tumor vaccine can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor.2.OK-432tumor vaccine can promote the body’s immune response, inhibit tumor lymph node metastasis. |
