| [Objective]This thesis is to prove clinical effect and interpret action mechanism of prescriptionsfor invigorating qi,activating blood circulation and clearing away heat from cellproliferation and apoptosis perspectives.[Methods]In this study, twenty-nine patients of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritiswere treated with prescriptions for invigorating qi,activating blood circulation and clearingaway heat, the clinical effects and decrease of Ras and p53 were compared with those of thetwenty-nine patients treated with WeiFuChun Tablet.[Result]Clinical research showed that in treatment group the notable effective rate was 86.2%,while in control group 69.0%, with statistic significance (p＜0.05). All of gastroscope、atrophy、intestinal metaplasia were 72.4%, while these figures in control group were 41.4%、55.2%、51.7% respectively, with statistic significance (p＜0.05). The effective rate ofdysplasia in treatment group was 37.9%,while the control group was 24.1%, withoutstatistic significance(P＞0.05). The expression of Ras was lower in treatment group than theother group, with statistic significance (p＜0.05). While p53 of tow groups were both lowerafter treatment (P＞0.05).[Discussion]According to the analysis, prescriptions for invigorating Qi,activating bloodcirculation and clearing away heat can not only ameliorate clinical symptom, but alsoreverse pathologic station effectively. And the effects of decreasing Ras and p53 areprominent. Thereby reveal prescriptions for invigorating qi,activating blood circulation andclearing away heat is rational,meanwhile indicating that Ras and p53 maybe the target. |
