The Research On The Correlations Between Pediatric Theral Asthma And The T-Lymphocyte

Goal. Based on the research on the correlations between pediatric thermal asthma andthe T-lymphocyte and the study on the rules of the T cell’s functions in the onset of theasthma,this paper intends to evaluate the T cell’s functions in the onset of the asthmaobjectively and examine the pathogenesis of asthma so as to guide clinical treatment.Method: Based on the study of the T cell subgroup of 30 cases of thermal asthmachildren,30 cases of pneumonia children(comparison group)and 30 cases of normalchildren(normal group), the values of T cell’s subgroup in the patients of different age indifferent seriousness and course of the disease are observed clinically with FCM techniqueand analyzed with the statistical method.ResulTs: Compared with the pneumonia group and normal group,there is no obviousdifference in the values of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+ and CD4~+/CDS~+; compared with the normalgroup the statistical result of CD 19~+B cell and CD16~+ CD56~+ NK cell is p＜0.01; There areno obvious rules in the change of the values of T cell subgroup among the patients ofdifferent age in different seriousness and the course of the disease.Conclusion: In the T cell subgroup of the pediatric thermal asthma, Th and the TScell is at the state of equilibrium,B-lymphocyte and NK cells play certain role in the onsetof the asthma.
