| The morbidity of children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia in the children’s respiratory tractdiseases was on the rise year by year, it is not only more common in older children, infantswere also on the increase trend. Through collecting relevant literature information, thewriter made systematic study on its TCM’s name, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatmentcharacteristics. Combining my tutor’s years of diagnosis and treat of this disease, the writerconsiders it belong to Chinese medical diseases of" pneumonia asthma and cough " withbasic pathomechanism of hot phlegm together with blood stasis, obstructing the lung, thelung will fail to disperse and descendend, causing the loss of harmonize among vessels andnetworks, it’s heat disease, and the basic pathological products are sputum and stasis, thenbrings forward the basic therapy principle of clearing away heat from the lung, resolvingsputum and quickening the network vessels, also confirms the basic concerted recipe tocure this disease-QingXuanHuaTanKangZhi recipe. The clinical therapy with this recipepossesses the merits of flexible dialectic, being affluent in treatment, less side effects andlasting efficacy. This article summarize the situation of mycoplasma pneumonia hospitalizedchildren who were diagnosed by the doctors in the first affiliated hospital of Nanjingtraditional Chinese medicine university(Jiangsu Hospital of TCM) according to the clinicalsymptoms and serum antimycoplasma antibodies, we found that the most common clinicalsymptoms are cough, fever, thoat rale, profuse and yellowish sticky sputum, red tonguewith yellowish and greasy fur and so on. With further symptom classification, we foundthat about 80%sufferers were caused by hot phlegm together with blood stasis, indicatingthat the basic pathomechanism of children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia is hot phlegmtogether with blood stasis, and validating the feasibility of treatment of clearing away heatfrom the lung, resolving sputum and quickening the network vessels. Using theQingXuanHuaTanKang-Zhi recipe joint Zeqi with such principles to cure children’smycoplasmal pneumonia. At the same time, I made systematic study and research on theChinese name, pathogenesis and treatment of children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia. Objective: Objectively evaluating the therapy effect of QingXuanHuaTanKangZhirecipe joint zeqi(azithromycin for injection) against children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia, whose principles are clearing away heat from the lung, resolving sputum and quickeningthe network vessels, and assess its safety, in order to discussion and confirm optimizationmethod of Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined treatment against children’smycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groupsand were given: the control group: Zeqi; test group: taking QingXuanHuaTanKangZhi recipe orally based on the control group, a course of treatment (10 days)later, we madecomparison of the overall effect, fever, cough and pulmonary rale disappeared time and soon. Results: The total efficiency of the control group is 70%, and that of test group is 90%.There are distinct difference in curative effect between two groups(p<0.05); The test groupare better than the control group in improving cough, expectoration, pulmonary signs andso on(p<0.05).Conclusion: The method of clearing away heat from the lung, resolving sputum andquickening the network vessels jointing zeqi to treat children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia issignificantly superior to simple Zeqi to treat in the control group. It shows that the methodof clearing away heat from the lung, resolving sputum and quickening the network vesselstreat children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia has a good therapeutic effect and to improvethe symptoms of patients with systemic features and advantages. Further more,it have certain reference and promotion value to the theory and clinical studies of TCM andWestern medicine combined treatment against children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia. It alsoprovided new method and ideas for clinical treatment, and enriched the content ofcombination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment against children’smycoplasmal pneumonia. |
