Correlative Study On Sublingual Collaterals, Hemorheologic And Optic Sign Changes Of Chronic Rhinitis With Stagnation Of Blood

OBJECT: Chronic rhinitis is a frequent chronic inflammation of the mucous and submucous membrane of nose that last two months or the result of the inflammation recurrentattacks.Because of the system diseases and the long-term exposure to the dust、calcareousor some amyctic gases for the result of the employment and environment factors, theincidence of chronic rhinitis is rising year by year. At present,the diagnosis of this diseaseis mainly depend on the symptom of nasal obstruction、nose running and the inspection ofthe nasal cavity. Recently, as the inspection of the sublingual collaterals、optic sign and thehemorheologic changes are literately recorded on the diagnosis of hypertension、diabetes、coronary artery disease and chronic hepatitis with stagnation of blood, so we want to findthe characters of chronic rhinitis on the sublingual collaterals、optic sign and thehemorheologic changes, accordingly, providing a new means for the dialectical of chronicrhinitis.METHODS: Depending on the book of <<the standard of the diagnosis and thetherapeutic effect in Chinese medicine>>, we divided the 56 patients into two classes, oneis the class for asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi, the other is qi-stagnany and blood stasis.We have 28 patients in the classes for asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi,and the other is28,too.The average ages of the former is 26.50±7.720; the later is 27.39±6.534; thereare 37 males,the average age is 26.24±6.918,and 19 females, the average age is 28.32±7.439.By inspecting the sublingual collaterals、eyes and the hemorheologic changes ofevery patients,we use SPSS 11.5 Star. soft ware to analyze the data, and find the charactersof chronic rhinitis on the sublingual collaterals、optic sign and the hemorheologicchanges, and find the diagnostic value of sublingual collaterals、optic sign and thehemorheologic changes on chronic rhinitis with stagnation of blood.CONCLUSIONS: According to the inspection of sublingual collaterals、eyes and thehemorheologic changes of the patients with chronic rhinitis, we find that the changes fortwo classes of the patients have no statistical significance on optic sign and thehemorheologic change(p＞0.05),but have obviously changes on sublingual collateralsbetween two classes (p＜0.05). In addition, the study systematically reviewed the relative understandings on sublingual collaterals、optic sign and the stagnated blood in successivedynastic and correlative researches of the inspection of hemorheologic changes in modernmedicine. In a word, the research will be of important significance to the study betweensublingual collaterals、optic sign or the hemorheologic changes and the disease of chronicrhinitis with stagnation of blood,and so they will give us the new dialectical bases tochronic rhinitis.
