Objective The terms TAI LOU,TAI DONG BU AN refer to threatenedabortion(TA). They are common diseases in the specialty of obstectrics andgynecology. By systemic and precise clinical observation and research ,doing our bestto discuss that Chinese traditional medicine has effect on itself immunity system ofthreatened abortion(of renal weakness), expecting that it can be a more effectivetreatment so as to improve the rate of success. Thereby learning the essential programand method of clinical scientific research.Method In clinical study, 30 patients with threatened abortion resulting fromitself immunity system were divided into groups randomly according to diagnosticcriterion: the traditional Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine+Progesterone group. Defining two weeks as a period of treatment, we carry out twoto four periods of treatment, then count succession rate and improvement ofsymptoms and signs.Results The clinical study indicated that 80.00 % of pregnancy rate and 80.00% of turning negative rate according to this therapeutic principles.It can improvepatients’ symptoms and signs obviously. It has little side effect and wide foreground..Conclusion This treatment was proved efficient in the clinical practice. Inaddition, owing to the treatment is more convenient and inexpensive and there isn’tside-effect, there will be capacious outlook in treating threatened abortion resultingfrom itself immunity system.
