Language is to use a variety of organized way to vocabulary together so that the symbol system of communication, and it is a tool what for thinking, expressing emotion, transmitting knowledge. In today’s world, there are more than six thousand languages. On the surface, all kinds of languages have many differences, such as writing and pronunciation. But one person can master many languages at the same time, this show that there is a link between all kinds of language.This study used the long term cross-language repetition priming, explored the mental representation and semantic access way of Chinese-Japanese-English trilingual College students. Results of this research are as follows:(1) A distributed and shared conceptual representation of the Chinese-Japanese-English trilingual College students with the asymmetrical association between words and shared concepts in different languages. An independent lexical representation of them.(2) Language proficiency is an important factor influencing the semantic access way of Chinese-Japanese-English trilingual College students. And that the semantic access of a second language in the memory representation of proficient trilingual is basically experiential.(3) The semantic access way of Chinese-Japanese-English trilingual College students is change from direct access to indirect access process. And this process is regulated by the vocabulary familiarity of LI or L2.
