Comparative Study On The Compound Word Between Japanese And Korean

One of the characteristics in Japanese and Korean is the number of compound verbs. The amount and type of compound verbs are considerable in both countries, and it is the important condition of learning two languages.This thesis based on a few of prior studies, pick up "N+V" type compound verbs from《民众(?)日韩·韩日辞典》to do a classified study. On the basis of this, use the samples of corpus to classify and analysis The formation process and corresponding relationship in "N+A+V" type sentence to "N+V" type compound verbs. Next, summarize the similarities and differences between the two structures. It would be useful information for Japan and Korea Language Learners.This paper is structured as follows.The first chapter describes the purpose and meaning of research "N+V" type compound verb and "N+A+V" type sentence in two countries. Introduce the process of this chapter. Otherwise, by analyzing the prior studies of compound verbs, find each scholar’s opinion of similarities and differences of the two structures. It is a pity that a prior study in this area is too little to find a satisfactory answer.The second chapter analyzes the compound verb. First, make a clear definition of compound words, and conduct structural classification for compound words between Japan and Korea, based on this to classify compound verbs. Pick up "N+V" type compound verbs to carry on research.The third chapter, from the perspective of syntactic to research "N+V" type compound verb and "N+A+V" type sentence in Japan and Korea. First picked out "N+V" type compound verb from the dictionary to conduct Structural analysis.Next, Study the correlation between the two structures that has "N+A+V" structure and hasn’t, according to the syntactic study summarize the similarities and differences between the two structures.The fourth chapter studies "N+V" type compound verb and "N+A+V" type sentence in Japan and Korea from the perspective of semantics. Based on syntactic analysis in the third chapter, through the auxiliary function, do a detailed classification and research for the relationship between preceding paragraph noun and consequent noun, according to the semantic relations, summarize the similarities and differences between the two structures. The fifth chapter analysis what is said above, summarize the similarities and differences between the two structures.
