| Subjective well-being is the ultimate goal that we pursue and struggle for, it can reflect the quality oflife, and it is the cognition and evaluation of one’s life satisfaction. The human resource management inmodern enterprises emphasizes the people-oriented philosophy, and improves employees’ sense ofwell-being and life satisfaction, so that employees have a sense of belonging to the enterprise, and createthe best interests for the company by giving full play to the individual value. This study is the interventionstudy of traditional Chinese medicine on the sub-health state of on-the-job personnel, prevents thesub-health state to worsen, achieves individual life satisfaction, and enhances the level of subjectivewell-being.The past study on the relationship between the level of subjective happiness sense and sub-health statehasn’t utilized the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine. This research investigated90employees’sub-health status and the sense of subjective well-being by using the literature analytic method, interviewmethod, longitudinal experimental intervention method and questionnaire. Research by T test, F test,Pearson product correlation, regression analysis and other statistical techniques, we got the followingconclusions:First, on-the-job employees’ sub-health state has different impacts on the sense of subjectivewell-being in different demographic variables.Second, the sense of individual subjective well-being was negatively correlated with sub-health state,and sub-health status can predict subjective well-being level. The closer sub-health state to the disease was,the lower individual subjective well-being level was, whereas, the later increased.Third, the intervention effect of Chinese medicine on sub-health state was significant, and it waspositively correlated with subjective well-being level.Finally, this study described the shortcomings of this study and areas in need of improvement. |
