With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, transnational business and international trade activities between enterprises have developed rapidly. The emergence of a large number of multi-cultural organizations-transnational corporations makes the need of the human resources cross-flow increasingly enhanced. From different cultural backgrounds, employees’language, personality, traditions, religious beliefs and way of life are different. Under the background of cultural differences and conflict, whether the employees can have effective communication and cooperation will directly affect the operation status and development prospects of transnational corporations. At the present time, the important problem faced by multinational companies is whether the transnational business activities can succeed under the premise of significant different management style, values and business philosophy. This article considers that intercultural training (cross-cultural training-CCT) is an important means of cultural conflict elimination, effective international management and cross-cultural cooperation achievement. CCT is an important policy to achieve transnational corporations’sustainable development. And make a preliminary study on how to conduct effective cross-cultural training from both theory and practice aspects.This article is mainly used the literature analysis method, the survey method and the interview method. It conducts a study on the multinational CCT through a combination of domestic and foreign experts and scholars’ related research. Hope can provide some help for multinational companies in the CCT. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It focuses on the research background and the innovation. The second chapter is the general introduction of the related theory of the enterprise CCT. It meanly includes cultural concepts, cross-cultural concepts, cultural difference and conflict, cross-culture communication and cross-cultural communication ability, theoretical basis of CCT and the significance of CCT. As a basis for CCT design idea, build an integrated theory framework for CCT though the combination of domestic and foreign related research. Chapter three is the status analysis of A company. Combined with its business background, analyze the cultural differences influence on A company, and identify the existing problems of the company by means of questionnaires and interviews. Chapter four focuses on redesigning A company’s CCT system.First, propose the need of CCT system redesign. Then analyze training program design principles, training system design, training methods and training evaluation mechanisms. Explore and build a set of CCT pattern that meet the needs of the actual development of A company. To help A company improve its cross-cultural training, and increasing its economic benefit. Chapter five is the CCT safeguard measures. Build CCT support system of A company. Chapter six is a conclusion. Summarize this article, analyze its insufficient and point out next research question.
