The Study Of Rawls’ Political Justice On The Marxist Philosophy Horizon

Justice as the primary value of the social system is crucial for a society. At present,China is being a society in transition period, facing many of fairness and justice issues,such as: the inequality social status, the inequality of competitive opportunities and thewidening gap between rich and poor, and so on. These issues need to establish areasonable conception of justice to be resolved. Marxism as the guiding ideology, itsprinciple in the theory of justice is "the distribution according to work", which has notsatisfied the requirements of the socialist market economy. The Marxist theory ofjustice need the other theories to enrich and develop. Rawls’ theory fits this requirement.we look forward to play a reference to the Marx Theory of Justice by research Rawlstheory，thus,inspires us to dig deeper into Marxism theory of justice.In this paper, we set foot in John Rawls’ political justice, with political constructionof political justice as the main line to analyze. Political justice is the core of Rawls’ latestage book "Political Liberalism". It is a further research and construction on the basis ofthe early work "A Theory of Justice", and it is a repair to the justice theory in20years."A Theory of Justice" stressed that the integrated society of a moral concept of justicewill be a well-ordered society. However,"Political Liberalism" stressed that awell-ordered society based on the integration of the idea of political justice. The conceptof political justice is the focus of the overlapping consensus under the reality of pluralismcompleteness doctrine."Justice as fairness" this idea runs through these two books, it doesnot lost its early significance in the political conception of justice. Utilize the historicalmaterialism, we analyse Rawls’ political justice construct logical components: the originalstate-the principle of justice-the overlapping consensus. This paper make use of thetheory with practice and from the abstract to the specific methods indicate that Rawls’political theory of justice construction is of non-historic and non-reality. At the same time,we affirm its reasonable parts, which enrich Marxist theory of justice. The core idea of itspolitical justice theory is overlapping consensus. On the current global situation, it makepluralism conflict of all parties found the theory and practical way to reach a settlement,which has the significant function and meaning.
