In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, learning Chinese idioms not only helps enrich words and phrases, but also helps students understand Chinese culture. Since Chinese idioms relate to many ancient Chinese and cultures, learning Chinese idioms becomes a key point and difficulty in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.The purpose of the research paper is analyzing film&television teaching methodology and the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language by combining them, and find a sufficient teaching method that integrate Chinese-teaching with modern teaching method.The research paper could be divided into six parts in contents.Part1:Study of film&television teaching method. Make a discussion of the theoretical foundation of film&television teaching method in Constructivism psychology and other theories. Part2:Comb the current situation of the teaching of Chinese idioms as a foreign language overall and mainly discuss the existing problems. Part3:Combine the request of the teaching of Chinese idioms as a foreign language with the advantages of film&television teaching method, and discuss the meaning of film&television teaching method in the teaching of Chinese idioms as a foreign language. Part4: Design a scheme of classroom teaching, analyze examples, offer a test investigation of the effect that made by the film&television teaching method in the teaching of Chinese idioms as foreign language. Then make an argument of the effect depending on the test investigation.Part5:Analyze the research purpose and measures, then provide constructive feedbacks for combing the teaching of Chinese idioms as a foreign language with film&television teaching method.Last:Epilogue of the research paper. Provide a general conclusion and a objective evaluation on the application of film&television teaching method in the teaching of Chinese idioms as a foreign language.
