| Though they are all learners of Chinese as a second language, I’ve perceived lots of significant difference, during the contact with longâ€term education students and shortâ€term training students, taking part in the teaching activities. The diversities exist in the logos and objective; teaching atmosphere, classroom form, and the details of lesson preparation, intermediate language of the Chinese teachers as well as in the learning, process, classroom performance, and exercise of the Chinese learners. Through the studies on these phenomena, I tried to find the reasons and I discovered the age, occupation, learning motivation and learning target of a Chinese learner would influence a lot on the learning process.As a Chinese teacher to speakers of other languages, we should adjust the details of the teaching due to the physical truth.This article would clarify the types of Chinese teaching and emphasize on the contrastive analysis of longâ€term education students and shortâ€term training students. Thus, the thesis provides some teaching suggestions in dealing with the above two types of Chinese learners. |
