The Cultural Industry System Construction And Development Path Selection Of Yichuan County

In recent years, cultural industry has become one of the most developmentindustries. It is also called the “sunrise industry” in the21st century. With the rapiddevelopment of society, the integration of economy and culture has turned into themain trend. Cultural industry will certainly become the new economic growth point inChina and also become the pillar industry of the national economy. For now, theYichuan county is mainly depend on the development of the coal-electricity-aluminum.Although it made many achievements, it is also facing the issues of pollutions andunsustainable development. Therefore, changing the economic growth mode andstriving to develop the cultural industry become the inexorable trend. Yichuan countyhas abundant cultural resources and obvious location advantages, and also madeprogresses in cultural industry for the past few years. However, in general, thedevelopment of the cultural industry in Yichuan is relatively in a low level, the scenicspots are scattered and crude which make it has low ornamental value. The overallstrength is weak, and it also need make more progresses. For this reason, it has to payattention to the development of the cultural industry in Yichuan, no matter for meetingthe people’s growing cultural needs or the sustainable development of county economy.This paper is based on analyzing the current situation of Yichuan culturalindustry, using SWOT to analyze the cultural industry of Yichuan. Eventually, realizethe construction of Yichuan cultural industry system by constructing cultural productsystem and cultural industry system. At last, this paper provides some countermeasuresand suggestions on the development of Yichuan cultural industry, and also a path todevelop Yichuan cultural industry, which is “Guiding by the government, leading bythe creativity, driving by the industrial cluster, supporting by the capital technologyand realizing by sustainable development”.
