This study investigated the usage of keigo under the simulation of business scene,which aimed at applying its conclusion to the research of keigo education. With theinternationalization and the growing number of Japanese language learners, thepurpose of the learners is various. Obviously, uniform Japanese education has shownmany inadequacies. And taking learners’ study background and study condition intoconsideration is an appropriate way for Japanese education. Therefore, this paper,based on the reference, launched a questionnaire for Japanese learners from differentbackgrounds and Chinese university students who are learning Japanese. What’s more,through analyzing Business Japanese textbook and interviewing some teachers whohave done great contribution to Japanese education, the author put forward some newproposals. By analyzing questionnaire, I got something as followings.①There is agreat desire for Japanese language learner to learn keigo.②The ability of using keigois different owing to their different religion and nationality religion and nationality.③All the students realize that keigo is very important, however, they are sometimesconfused by not knowing how to use it correctly.The author also found that①the correct answer rate of teineigo is high, but thecorrect answer rate of sonkeigo and kenjyogo decreased linearly.②there are somemixed usage of sonkeigo and kenjyogo.③the blank space of kenjyogo is much whichcan be speculated that it is difficult to master kenjyogo. Therefore, by analyzing thequestionnaire, the author suggest that Japanese education should follow some tipsmentioned above and improve the quality of education. Besides, through analyzingBusiness Japanese textbook we can know that learners should choose textbookaccording to their purpose. Last but not least, the author suggest that①the study ofkeigo should not only memorize but also be provided more practical experience touse it.②teachers should teach keigo under the situation of surroundings and adjust tochanging circumstances. the author hope that the results of this research can providesome reference for Business Japanese education for future.
